Before SEDA Protocol became the definitive data layer for Hyperliquid's permissionless perpetual markets, they needed a technical foundation capable of extraordinary scale.

Strategy

We executed a 'Founding Team Sprint' — a high-velocity recruitment strategy designed to build deep structural integrity into the protocol's DNA. We identified and secured the Head of Engineering & Research to provide architectural leadership, then rapidly scaled the core squad with Senior Rust Engineers and Front-End experts to solve the 'hard problems' of Web3 data flexibility.
